Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sr. Business Analyst to join their dynamic team. This role is a hybrid position, with a preference for local candidates, but remote work may be considered for exceptional candidates.
As a Sr. Business Analyst, you will serve as a liaison between key business stakeholders and IT, playing a crucial role in the analysis and delivery of enhancements, projects, and products. You will be responsible for managing a software delivery project involving multiple teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software while managing timelines and risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit, analyze, and document clear, concise, detailed business requirements, ensuring technical requirements and design meet and support business needs.
- Create comprehensive project plans, including timelines and dependencies across multiple teams, aligning with overall business objectives.
- Track progress of multiple cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration between different team members.
- Provide oversight for business readiness plans, including communication, training, and production validation.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 6-7 years of experience in Business Analysis in the Financial Services and/or Insurance Industry.
- Demonstrated accomplishments in implementing projects and other initiatives.
- Four-year degree or equivalent work experience.
- CCBA or equivalent certification, or the ability to obtain within 180 days of employment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience, with solid knowledge encompassing multiple areas in Client Operations.
- CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification.
