We are looking for an experienced marketing professional with a B2B focus and expertise in reinsurance. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within insurance/reinsurance, with a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.This role requires occasional travel to major U.S. offices and industry conferences.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage multi-channel campaigns (print, digital, events, PR) and track effectiveness.
• Lead brand management, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams for content creation and event planning.
• Analyze metrics and refine strategies to improve marketing ROI.

Key Qualifications:

• Strong background in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media.
• Proficient in web analytics, project management, and content creation.
• Excellent leadership skills with experience managing marketing teams.
• Capable of handling multiple projects, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Familiar with tools like Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, and email platforms such as Mailchimp.
