Our client is a leading organization focused on enhancing cybersecurity and information risk management. It operates in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, utilizing cutting-edge technologies to protect sensitive data and promote security awareness across its teams.

100% Onsite Downtown LA 90067

Salary: $110-130k

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the Information Security Training and Awareness Program.
• Create and deliver security awareness content via online learning, in-person sessions, and newsletters.
• Collaborate with business and tech teams to align awareness efforts with high-risk behaviors.
• Ensure clear, actionable communication of security policies and procedures.
• Identify and distribute relevant security awareness communications promptly.
• Support the organization's security incident response efforts.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of awareness programs and campaigns.
• Maintain and update security training materials for ongoing relevance.

Requirements:

• Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, GIAC.
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a Security Awareness function
• Experience with contractual and regulatory standards such as PCI, GDPR
