Job Title: Product Lead - Data and Automation - Biologics Discovery Platform

We're building the Biologics Discovery Platform within R&D IT, and we need a Biologics IT Product Lead to help us achieve our bold goals. Accountabilities:

As a Product Lead, you will be responsible for understanding and detailing R&D demand, crafting demand with R&D, collaborating closely with Biologics Engineering and other collaborators, leading the multi-quarter roadmap for your domain, prioritizing features, encouraging biologics data and AI products, collaborating with Platform and Capability Leads, prioritizing Business Reference Group (BRG) meetings, and acting as an in-house guide and trainer on biologics discovery methods and bioinformatics. You will also propose technical solutions for complex biologics discovery workflows and lead PoC efforts.

Essential Skills/Experience:

- Bachelor's Degree

- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Domain expertise in computational biologics discovery and scientific software development
- Experience leading full stack software products
- In-depth knowledge of computational and experimental techniques used within biologics discovery
- Experience of leading software, data, and automation solutions in drug discovery delivery as a product lead
- Experience using relational databases to perform ad hoc analyses
- Experience of data analysis - profiling, investigating, interpreting, and detailing data structures
- Excellent verbal and written skills for effective communication
- Experience working in Agile environment within SCRUM teams
