    Key Responsibilities:

    Tropicana Brands Group is looking for a Utilities Maintenance to join the team. This role will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting all systems in the areas of Steam generation, Co-Gen, Ammonia refrigeration, Water treatment, Wastewater treatment, storm water, air compressors, and other support functions as assigned. Additional responsibilities will include:

    * Assure the continued operation of the plant ammonia refrigeration, steam, natural gas, compressed air, air drying, cooling towers, ammonia condensers, fire system, water systems and distribution, water and wastewater treatment equipment through performing preventive maintenance work orders, corrective and emergency breakdown work orders.
    * Perform multi-functions, multi-tasks with various levels and breadth of technology at this site and to be compliant with corporate polices to ensure the highest level of safety, quality, and asset reliability.
    * Support, and actively contribute to, operational systems and processes such as breakdown analysis, preventive maintenance task optimization, and root cause analysis
    * Effectively complete assigned preventive maintenance tasks as generated by the CMMS and document results as required
    * Diagnose and resolve technical issues with site wide production and utilities equipment
    * Effectively prioritize and complete scheduled shift and project work assigned by planners and leadership
    * Maintain compliance with site management of change policies
    * Escalate problems to internal/vendor subject matter experts for effective solutions
    * Identify recurring maintenance problems and develop proactive plans to eliminate recurrence.
    * Perform other related duties assigned by leadership
    * Perform duties related to predictive technologies, i.e. oil samples.
    * Required to grind, and qualified to weld carbon steel pipe and stainless-steel tube for ammonia refrigeration and steam
    * Assume the role as technical support to operators.
    * Assist in assuring the completeness of equipment bill of materials.
    * Provide support and participate in all aspects of TPM
    * Utilize software including but not limited to CMMS and Outlook. Enter work requests resulting from PM inspections or other findings.
    * Adhere to all plant and department safety rules
    * Return area to GMP level of cleanliness after equipment repair
    * Apply industrial coatings to equipment as needed to maintain mechanical integrity of equipment.
    * Troubleshoot equipment/systems to ensure proper operation and to restore equipment to proper operation.

    Requirements:
    * Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience with ammonia refrigeration or other PSM covered processes.
    * Passed 6G welding certification.
    * Must have achieved a minimum of RETA CARO certification, within the defined period. Advancement to RETA CIRO could be required.
    * Must be qualified at the HAZWOPER technician level to offensively respond stop and repair anhydrous ammonia leaks.
    * Must be proficient in using software including but not limited to Excel, Word, Power Point, CMMS, and Outlook.
