Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Accountant to join our growing finance team. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to develop their accounting career in a fast-paced, supportive environment. You will be responsible for assisting with daily accounting operations, maintaining financial records, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day financial operations, including journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and account reconciliation.
• Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and payments.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analyses.
• Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of financial information.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Maintain organized records of all financial transactions.
• Support internal audits and compliance checks.
• Help ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards.
• Work closely with senior accountants and other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or other ERP systems) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
