Description:
Role Title: AI/ML Engineer

Duration: Contract

Work Location: Remote

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Python, utilizing common data science libraries such as scikit-learn and Databricks.
• At least 3 years of experience in applying NLP techniques (e.g., transformers, GPT) in a production environment with large datasets.
• 2-3 years of experience in leveraging LLMs (e.g., RAG, vector databases, embeddings) to address real-world challenges.
• Proven experience in applying data science methodologies in a commercial enterprise, including supervised and unsupervised learning, NLP, time-series forecasting, and other statistical analyses.
• Proficiency in building APIs for models.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present detailed analyses to a diverse audience.
• Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with vision and speech models in Generative AI.
• Experience in implementing voice-based BOTs.
