The Judge Group is in immediate need of an interim VP - Payor and Network Strategy, to join a leading healthcare network in the Wausau, WI area. VP- Payor Contracting & Network Strategy
Location: Wausau, WI | Schedule: Full-time (30-40 hours/week)
Role Summary: As the Vice President - Payor Contracting & Network Strategy (VP - PC & NS), you will provide strategic leadership, direction, and oversight of all reimbursement strategies for payor contracts. This role is integral in managing and executing contracts on behalf of provider members, ensuring optimal financial outcomes and strategic alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the managed care team.
Utilize negotiation experience to drive strategic goals.
Develop and implement reimbursement strategies for all payor contracts.
Foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Health Care Management.
Master's degree in Healthcare or Business Administration preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of healthcare leadership and management experience.
Deep understanding of the managed care environment, payor contracting, and health insurance industry.
Strong knowledge of finance and healthcare reimbursement.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to make decisive and impactful decisions.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Membership in professional associations and relevant certifications preferred.
