Eurofins Digital Media Services, LLC. is seeking a Vault Clerk, responsible for the secure movement, tracking and storage of media assets within the company's library vault. We are seeking a quality individual who has the desire to grow into a rewarding career opportunity.

Title responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :

• Maintaining an accurate computer inventory of all elements entering and leaving the vault
• Preparing projects for operators
• Preparing packages for shipment, arranges deliveries
• Maintains an organized, efficient and secure vault.
• Occasionally delivery and element pick up from clients and vendors as needed, using the company's vehicle.
• Candidates should be familiar with the greater Los Angeles area and must meet our insurance underwriter's requirements for the position. This means you must have a good driving record and hold a valid California drivers license.

The ideal candidate would possess :

• Strong computer skills
• Effective written, verbal and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
• Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies.
• Superior attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to effectively interact and communicate with vendor staff, clients and coworkers.

Basic Minimum Qualifications :

• 2 years minimum relevant experience.

• Solid working knowledge of FileMaker and Outlook.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Position is full-time, Monday-Friday with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Burbank California are encouraged to apply.
