This role will be responsible for maintenance and reliability within the Ambient Network.
What You'll Do:
- Align to the overall Supply Chain Strategies.
- Provide leadership, mentor, and manage field-based Reliability Managers in the expansion and continuous improvement of Walmart's Ambient Network.
- Drive maintenance Best Practices- Innovate, Standardize, Analyze KPIs to improve processes, drive out variation/waste and improve Walmart customer experience.
- Demonstrates functional knowledge of the business unit/organization being supported. Translates business requirements into projects, activities, and/or tasks and aligns to the overall business strategy that drives solutions and results.
- Be a strategic partner to senior leadership on maintenance and equipment end of life (EOL) issues.
- Builds strong and trusting relationships with team members and business partners; works collaboratively and cross-functionally to achieve objectives; Communicates with energy and positivity to motivate, influence, and inspire commitment and action.
- Be a strategic partner to operational Leadership and provide visibility over Reliability manager responsibilities so that they can better understand, lead, mentor, and manage Maintenance Operation's Teams.
- Build, maintain, and enhance effective internal and external partnerships. Influences outcomes and assists in communicating shared goals with diverse groups and parties.
- Provide oversight for budget development, execution, and capital planning; Evaluates past business decisions and associated budgetary considerations and impacts. Compares planned budgets versus actual expenditures and identifies, reports, and explains variances.
- Develop, Recruit, interview, and hire talent in the Reliability Maintenance Manager roles.
- Help create a world-class Reliability maintenance organization.
What You'll Bring:
- BS in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline with 4+ years in maintenance, engineering or supply chain leadership experience or BS/BA with 4+ years' experience in maintenance, engineering or supply chain leadership experience or 5+ years Walmart maintenance or supply chain leadership experience.
- Previous corporate and/or regional facilities roles leading 250 or more employees including salaried employees
- Comprehensive experience/understanding of Maintenance and Reliable Operations.
- Experience working with Lean Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement methodologies;
- Experience leading change in multiple site environments
- Proven track record of effective leadership and managing and influencing teams
- Strong strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated success in leading and executing projects from conception to completion.
- 7+ years' experience managing/leading employees and their performance
- Ability to execute projects to plan while being fiscally responsible
- Budget planning and execution experience
- Ability to travel up to 80%

- Comprehensive understanding of Automated Systems
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with high expectations
- Proficient data analyst and new processes developer/adapter
- Self-starter. Strong evidence of driving goals with minimal day-to-day supervision.
- Experienced in material handling equipment and large, complex integrated systems.
- Strong knowledge and experience with the major MHE integrators
- Exposure to Lean Concepts, Reliability Operations, layout design, cost/benefit analysis, labor productivity analysis (time studies, standardized work), safety/ergonomic/human factors.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project (other project applications).
- MBA or other Master's degree and/or Six Sigma Black Belt Certification, or PMP Certification a plus
- Professional Engineering registration a plus

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
