Summary of Job Responsibilities:

The staff physician part time (Clinical) is responsible for providing direct telehealth outpatient care to Rheumatology patients. He/she will provide outpatient telemedicine clinics on a part-time basis, approximately 1 day per week.

Qualifications:

• MD Degree and ACGME US internal medicine internship and residency

• Valid American Board Certification in Rheumatology (or board eligible)

• Valid unrestricted Florida Medical License or eligible to apply (must have license prior to credentialing)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Knowledge of and ability to apply professional medical principles, procedures and techniques.

• Must be able to provide prerequisite case logs for ambulatory outpatient activities.

• Must maintain CME to meet institutional and state licensing requirements.

• Must have excellent clinical knowledge and experience to provide safe and quality care to patients and meet institutional standards of care.

• Current BLS certification required.

• Valid DEA licensure.
