Shift: Hybrid 1st shift 8 am to 4:30 pm Job Summary:
The Program Manager, Enterprise Strategy & Transformation has complete responsibility for the successful oversight and execution of a portfolio of strategic projects within the assigned program. Plans, organizes, monitors and oversees multiple projects to meet defined requirements or business specifications. Defines, plans, tracks and manages critical inputs and provides the direction required to meet program objectives. Using generally accepted project and change management practices and methodologies, develops and ensures adoption of key enterprise programs. Incorporates strategic planning and performance measurement capabilities, stakeholder involvement and change management protocols throughout program and project life cycle.
EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience managing programs or key processes related to the designated area within Enterprise Strategy & Transformation is required.
Experience in customer-facing role (internal or external) is required.
Experience in developing functional specifications is also required.
7-10 years of direct experience in project or program management (or related responsibilities) within the health care field is highly preferred.
Experience with organizational change is highly preferred.
Previous experience with larger scale enterprise-wide strategic initiatives. Experience with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio, and AchieveIt is preferred.
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:
Bachelor's degree is required. Master's Degree is preferred.
SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:
Demonstrated proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) or related software packages to analyze data and report on/present conclusions while maximizing the benefits of technology to complete the job.
Writing, analytical and leadership skills, as well as ability to present detailed information in large group and executive level settings.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work with leaders at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.
Ability to lead strategic projects, including design, analysis of data and presentation to senior leadership is preferred.
