Ultimate Staffing is recruiting a Title Examiner in Houston, TX. This is an on-site, temp-to-hire opportunity, looking to pay between $24-$33/hr. Qualified candidates will have 2-5 years of experience working in the Title industry. Apply today!

Job Description:

• Reviews real estate title documents to provide clear title reports and help identify the person(s) that should be served to collect delinquent property taxes.
• The title examiners will obtain title examination materials, review the document information, and create run sheets, which are an index or abstract of all recorded documents affecting the title to a tract of land for a given period of time.
• The tile examiner will also be responsible for providing information regarding the property owners, filed liens, and the legal description of the property assessed under a delinquent tax account.
• The ideal candidate must be able to work independently, be reliable, and must be able to understand the legal documents including court cases that affect real estate titles

• Office experience is required
• HS Diploma
