Academic Req: Required - Four (4) year bachelor's or undergraduate degree from an accredited
Program/university, preferably in Information Technology or related field.

Certifications: N/A

Work Experience: Required - Two years of experience coordinating complex program operations and
strategizing for and implementation of systems improvement.

Critical Action Items & Measurable Deliverables:
1. Maintain a comprehensive filing system and be able to locate and retrieve inventory and files as directed.
2. Monitor, track, and maintain all program equipment, assets, and expenditures
3. Develop and maintain expertise on all technology platforms used by assigned programs
4. Train personnel on the use of program equipment and technology platforms
5. Maintain and troubleshoot call center platform technology to ensure call center needs are met
6. Contribute to strategic development of systems improvement and assist with the implementation of new
technology
7. Participate in weekly supervision with assigned supervisory team and provide weekly supervision for direct
reports
8. Ensure technology platforms maintain 24/7 operability
9. Provide immediate visibility of any operational challenges to program leadership
10. Troubleshoot equipment setup and user challenges, and liaise between program staff and IT
as needed.
11. Participate in the development and launch of platform initiatives and support efficient
implementation.
12. Analyze program trends and disseminate critical data
13. Create and maintain program inventory up to date
14. Maintain confidentiality in all areas of the service population and program operations.
15. Maintain Compass Connections professional and ethical standards of conduct outlined in Compass
Connections employee handbook including demonstrating respect for agency staff, the service population,
and community members and complying with required dress code at all times.

Other Responsibilities:
1. Keep program leadership immediately informed of technology, asset, data, or equipment
updates
2. Travel to assigned worksites as required to maintain equipment functionality
3. Complete weekly supervision with leadership. Support assigned staff in their professional
development and track progress.
4. Maintain accurate records, files, forms, statistics and additional relevant information in accord
with agency policy, licensing, and/or funding requirements.
5. Attend leadership meetings with all program supervisory staff
6. Participate in workshops, seminars, education programs and other activities that promote professional
growth and development.
7. Other job duties as assigned.

Requirements:
1. Maintain current licenses and certificates required for the position including, but not limited to:
Administrator's License, First Aid, CPR, Emergency Behavior Intervention.
2. Pass a pre-employment drug screen and random drug screens throughout employment.
3. Provide proof of work eligibility status upon request.
4. Pass a pre-employment and biennial criminal background checks.
5. Demonstrate the ability to:
a. Respond sensitively and competently to the service population's cultural and
socio-economic characteristics
b. Communicate effectively in writing and verbally in English
c. Work collaboratively with other staff members, service providers and
professionals
d. Read, understand and interpret policy manuals and documents
e. Work in a fast paced environment and maintain emotional control and
professional composure at all times
f. Maintain computer literacy required to meet responsibilities of the position.
g. Organize and plan work.
h. Work effectively and without intensive supervision both independently and as
a member of a multidisciplinary team
6. Demonstrate a working knowledge of Residential Services policies and procedures.
