We are currently hiring a Sourcing Specialist to join the Talent Acquisition team. This position will be instrumental in helping the the organization hire top talent in a timely, efficient & cost-effective manner while promoting diverse & inclusive hiring practices. This position will work alongside our Talent Acquisition Specialists to understand the ongoing hiring needs of the business and establish the appropriate sourcing methods to generate a strong pool of talent for current and future needs.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct proactive candidate searches and build talent pipelines for current and
  future hiring needs
• Screen and evaluate candidate profiles and resumes to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles
• Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments to determine suitability for specific positions
• Design and conduct engaging talent outreach campaigns
• Identify passive talent through various social networks, and network associations and other platforms.
• Analyze sourcing data and metrics to optimize procurement processes.
• Manage applicant tracking system and maintain accurate candidate data
• Along side the Talent Acquisition Specialists, collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet sourcing needs and providing regular updates and reports on sourcing activities and outcomes to stakeholders
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing and recruitment
