Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain production, testing, and training environments
• Create reports using SQL Management Studio, Spotfire, and/or Excel to support daily operations
• Provide end-user training on system functionality and develop training documentation
• Perform complex analysis for decision-making and reporting
• Ensure data integrity through quality assurance and controls
• Collaborate with team members to recommend system adjustments
• Develop business processes independently using best practices

Top Skills:

• Working knowledge of Kronos Telestaff, Dimension/Workforce Manager (WFM), UKG, and PeopleSoft or similar systems
• Experience creating reports using applications like SQL Management Studio, Spotfire, or Excel
• Strong ability to perform data analysis and quality assurance
• Ability to consult and make system adjustment recommendations

Nice to Haves:

• Experience providing training to end-users and developing documentation
• Ability to work independently to develop business processes
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
