Your new role

As a Construction Superintendent, you will oversee all on-site aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to manage schedules, resources, and quality control. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining a safe and productive work environment. The majority of work will be based in DC/MD within the federal/gov sector.

What you'll need to succeed

• Leadership ability/experience
  
• OSHA30 & First Aid/CPR
  
• New Build Construction knowledge (preferably within federal/gov)
