This company is a full service General Contractor servicing the MD, VA, DE, PA regions with award-winning projects across a broad spectrum of industries, delivering projects ranging in size from $50K to $65m. Sectors include corporate offices, retail, tenant improvements, institutional, residential, medical, warehousing and more.

Your new role
Due to an influx of projects and a healthy pipeline ahead, they are looking to add multiple Superintendents to their team to deliver projects across the DMV - primarily in Central MD and parts of VA.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

• Managing and supervising all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Ensure that all work meets the company's quality standards and complies with building codes and regulations.
• Lead and coordinate the construction team, including subcontractors and laborers
• Enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe and secure work environment
• Track project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management
• Manage the procurement and allocation of materials and equipment needed for the project

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this position, you must have the following:

• At least 5-10 years experience as a Construction Superintendent in the commercial sector
• Proficiency with MS Office, scheduling and construction software
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials and regulations
• OSHA 30
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
