Student Intern Mass General Brigham Investment Office, Legal Support

The Mass General Brigham Investment Office oversees all investment activity for Mass General Brigham, a not-for-profit health care system that comprises sixteen world-class hospitals and health care-related institutions, including Brigham and Women's Hospital and Massachusetts General Hospital. Our pools of capital are broad and include operating, endowed, and pension assets, representing one of the largest pools of institutional capital in the Boston area.

• Understand concepts of investment transactions.
• Complete private fund subscription documents and coordinate the provision of supporting "know-your-client" documentation with outside counsel and administrative agents.
• Create, review and revise documents required to support various investments and investing entities.
• Assist in transaction management by tracking deadlines and outstanding matters.
• Supports project-based initiatives relating to investment portfolio.

Qualifications
Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a college degree required
• Strong academic credentials, writing, interpersonal skills, and exceptional communication skills required
• Corporate in-house or law firm setting experience strongly preferred; healthcare experience and/or class work preferred
• Exceptional organization skills
