Nature & Purpose of Position:To support the Success & Wellness (S&W) team in promoting the academic success and overall wellbeing of current nursing students through various initiatives and activities.
Primary Responsibilities· Coordinate and facilitate S&W workshops and pop-up activities· Create and manage social media content, including photography and marketing materials· Maintain and organize calendar appointments for the S&W team· Plan and prepare materials for S&W activities, including inventory management· Assist with data collection and analysis of anonymous student feedbackSecondary Responsibilities· Collaborate with S&W Team to develop and distribute a regular 'Wellness Minute' newsletter for student outreach· Provide administrative support to the S&W team as needed· Contribute ideas for improving student engagement and success initiatives
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)· Excellent written and verbal communication skills· Ability to work independently and as part of a team· Strong attention to detail and time management skills
