Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
  • Reconcile bank statements and assist with cash flow management.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Prepare and review journal entries and general ledger activity.
  • Assist in generating financial reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial data.
  • Help maintain accounting software and ensure all data is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Provide support for internal and external audits as needed.
  • Other accounting duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of accounting-focused education (Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field).
  • Previous accounting or bookkeeping experience is preferred but not required. Green candidates who are quick learners are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and navigate accounting software (ServiceTitan and Intaact experience is a plus, but not required).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
