Your new role

As a Superintendent, you'll have overall responsibility for the project in the field as it pertains to site access, scheduling, deliveries, logistics, safety, quality, and construction. You'll work closely with the Project Manager to ensure execution of the project plan and be involved in all aspects of a project from pre-construction through closeout. The initial projects will be Mission Critical work based in Stafford, VA area. You are expected to be comfortable managing a pipeline of work throughout Southern, VA.

What you'll need to succeed

• 10+ years of experience managing ground up and interior projects within Healthcare or Mission Critical.
• Strong knowledge of all aspects of construction, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team of subcontractors and workers.
