Your new role

They're looking to bring on a Sr Superintendent to lead interior focused projects based in Northern Virginia and DC. As a Sr Superintendent, you will be responsible for the planning, directing, coordinating and overseeing the daily construction activities at each project site. You'll be part of a dynamic team that supports one another and the success of every project.

What you'll need to succeed

• 15+ years experience in a Superintendent role
  
• Knowledge of interior projects (preferably high-end offices or law firms)
  
• OSHA 30 certified
  
• First Aid & CPR preferred
