As a Senior Technical Product Manager for Fastlane focused on profile management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future how users create, extend and manager their Fastlane Profile. Meet our team

Fastlane by PayPal is looking for a senior product manager who can help in transforming product offerings by building customer centric experiences and taking them to global markets. The portfolio includes Fastlane consumer and merchant experiences which allow customers to checkout with one click and frictionless profile creation during checkout.

Your way to impact
You will drive the development and execution of product strategies that focus on a user's Profile and how they use it. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and user-centric payment and identity solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers and merchants.

Your day to day

In your day to day role you will:

  • Identify market opportunities and define product roadmap to address customer needs.
  • Collaborate and tactically work with senior leaders that are stakeholders on your projects and can quickly build consensus.
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch, including ideation, requirements definition, design, development, and launch.
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on user feedback, market research, and business impact.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and UX teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features.
  • Analyze competitive landscape and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • Use data-driven insights to continuously improve the product and user experience.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of Fastlane
  • Use analytics and metrics to make data-driven decisions and optimize the product.

What do you need to bring
  • 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on consumer profile management experiences, preferably in the payments or e-commerce industry.
  • 5+ years of external customer facing experience focusing on payment solutioning or integration
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, including experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
