Description: Our client is currently seeking a Sr IT Network Engineer 3

The Information Technology Network Engineer III will define, design, and implement technology solutions with a focus on Oracle Fusion, OIC, and OCI. This role requires implementing technical solutions that are fit for purpose and use, while meeting cybersecurity, administrative, compliance, and operational requirements. Responsibilities include designing and implementing system enhancements, monitoring performance, implementing cybersecurity service requirements, and acting as a liaison between business partners, technology requestors, and senior technical staff. The candidate will lead the operations of cloud-based server and integration environments, as well as public cloud services, determining technology requirements and lifespans, including business continuity and disaster recovery planning. A strong passion for customer service is essential.

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot incidents and problems associated with platform infrastructure across all modalities and guide junior team members in resolution steps.
  
• Collaborate with vendors and third parties to coordinate the replacement, installation, and configuration of technology solutions.
  
• Maintain and manage technology solutions that meet technical and administrative requirements as defined by operational documentation for both on-premise and virtual services.
  
• Validate and implement technology solutions as directed by management, using established architectural building blocks and standards.
  
• Work on problems of diverse scope, requiring analysis of data and selection of methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Network with senior internal and external personnel in your area of expertise and mentor junior staff members.
  
• Ensure appropriate evaluation, configuration, management, and reporting of cybersecurity-related controls and services, including configuration management, patching, versioning, and administrative account management.
  
• Ensure systems comply with Sarbanes-Oxley, cybersecurity, HIPAA, and Hanger regulations and policies as directed by senior staff and management. Provide compliance reports and mentor junior staff on control management and services.
  
• Design, implement, and manage cloud service capabilities, specifically Oracle Fusion, OIC, and OCI.
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience supporting cloud technologies.
  
• 3+ years of experience supporting Oracle Cloud technologies, including Fusion, OIC, and OCI.
  
• Understanding of policies, procedures, and management documentation.
