Our client is seeking a seasoned Sr. IT Analyst with a robust background in Workday HCM and Compensation Consultation, and a passion for document digitization. This role is an exciting opportunity to join our client's dynamic team, where you will be instrumental in optimizing human capital management processes and compensation systems, while spearheading digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Workday HCM modules, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
- Develop and manage compensation plans, providing strategic guidance and support for salary reviews, bonuses, and other compensation-related activities.
- Oversee the digitization of HR documents, ensuring accurate and efficient conversion of paper-based records to digital formats.
- Analyze current HCM and compensation processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Generate and analyze reports on key HR metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday HCM implementation and management.
- Proven experience in compensation management, including the design and administration of compensation plans.
- Solid experience in document digitization and electronic document management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
