A well-established and highly reputable property management company in Manhattan is seeking a new Onsite Assistant Property Manager to join the team.

This individual will support the Sr. Property Manager and Property Manager at a large property on the Upper East Side made of 1300+ luxury rental units.

This role will be heavily involved with unit turnovers, processing maintenance requests, conducting inspections, working closely with the maintenance and leasing team.

Who You Are:

• 3+ years experience in an on-site luxury rental property
• Excellent customer service/ tenant relations
• Fast-paced and meticulous
