RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is looking for an experienced Senior Project/Program Management professional to deliver complex, large-scale enterprise application/solutions within a retail environment.Summary:This Senior Project/Program Management will be challenged to perform in a fast-paced environment with many moving parts responsible for managing multiple enterprise application/software and complex integrations projects that have a direct impact on company revenue and growth.This role requires strong communication skills, diplomacy and an even temperament to manage technical scope closely with cross functional teams and technical leads with stakeholder interests in mind.REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ years of experience in Project Management, with experience managing large, highly visible software and application development projects
- Must have retail (in-store) POS system experience
- Experience with projects related to store technology, technology for brick and mortar retail store locations like point of sale (POS) systems
- Strong experience planning and managing cross functional programs across the organization
- Ability to be hands on - partnering with stakeholders to create a detailed project plan, break program into multiple tracks, manage different work streams, and manage those tracks of work as needed, as well as manage risk/budget/resources and partner with other leaders on prioritization
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
