As our new Senior Product Manager of US HCP Marketing, you will support execution of promotional efforts for health care providers. Your primary focus will be on core materials and tools that equip the salesforce to drive growth for Galderma's first-in-class specialty biologic treatment for prurigo nodularis and atopic dermatits, nemolizumab.

The role will partner closely with key stakeholders across US and Global cross-functional teams as well as external partners, and reports to the Director, HCP Marketing.

Summary of Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of tactical marketing plans to create a differentiated brand experience that drives HCP engagement and nemolizumab uptake
  • Lead training development and support roll out of field sales training in partnership with training team
  • Execute on the rep engagement strategy to maximize selling effectiveness and tactical pull-through
  • Track and optimize performance of training and direct promotion tactics
  • Act as a brand steward, leading collaborative touchpoints within matrix enterprise including field intelligence and co-creation project teams
  • Identify emerging trends within the rep community and direct promotion channels and apply insight to development of initiatives and marketing tactics and/or materials
  • Support annual business planning process for the HCP marketing team
  • Own injection training and support materials
  • Act as HCP team lead for budget management and material review process

Minimum Requirements:

  • 4+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience, of which 2+ years in a commercial marketing function
  • Past sales/field experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or business with master's degree preferred
  • Experience with launching specialty products/biologics for treating chronic conditions preferred
  • HCP branded marketing experience preferred
  • Experience with regulatory/material approval process required
  • Cross-functional experience required, proven track record of collaboration and coordination with key internal and external stakeholders (including external agency partners)
  • Exceptional communication skills: ability to articulate a point of view succinctly and effectively to leaders and external customers
  • Ability and confidence to work effectively and with a sense of urgency across a global matrix enterprise, and to influence without authority
  • Adaptability, resilience and tenacity and ability to quickly pivot
  • Proficient in English, MS Office; especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Availability to travel >20% time
