Senior Contracts Administrator

Falls Church, VA

Permanent Placement

Salary- $120,000.00

Responsibilities:

• Manage and ensure compliance with federal and commercial contracts, overseeing all aspects of contract administration to support program goals, financial health, and regulatory compliance.
  
• Oversee the implementation, administration, and execution of TPG contracts, ensuring deliverables and objectives are met within scope, schedule, and quality standards.
• Track and manage program costs to align with obligated funding, providing monthly forecasts and identifying budget variances.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), and other federal standards.
• Maintain organized contract files, including all correspondences, amendments, and payment schedules.
• Prepare contract summary documents, coordinate internal contract kickoff meetings, and ensure proper controls and systems are in place.
• Collaborate with legal teams on contractual matters and support the execution of amendments or modifications as required.
• Assist the Vice President of Finance and Accounting in developing labor categories, rates, and pricing, and ensure business insurance compliance.
• Support reporting requirements for GSA and other federal agencies, maintaining accurate documentation for audits and oversight.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 7 years in contract administration, compliance, or procurement, with a focus on federal government contracts.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of USG regulations (FAR, CAS) and experience managing various contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and task orders.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in project management, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills for reviewing and negotiating contractual terms.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for preparing contract documents and training materials.
• Leadership Experience: Previous experience advising executive leadership on contractual rights and compliance matters.
