Baer is looking for SAP Enable Now Training Developer for a 9-month Federal remote project.

Title: SAP Enable Now Training Developer
Location: Remote (Must be based in US)
Duration: 9 months
Rate: All-inclusive
Alignment: W2 or C2C

Description:

• Collaborate with the Learning/Training Lead to design, develop, and implement training content tailored to SAP users.
• Develop interactive training materials, including in-application guidance, simulations, job aids, and eLearning modules using SAP Enable Now.
• Deploy training and performance support tools within the SAP environment to ensure seamless user adoption.
• Assist in creating and managing the training database, ensuring that all learning materials are up-to-date and accessible.
• Provide expertise in SAP Enable Now functionality to continuously improve the learning experience.
• Support the creation of blended learning strategies, combining instructor-led training with self-paced learning materials.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is relevant, accurate, and aligned with organizational processes and goals.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops as needed to support end-users.
• Gather feedback from learners to improve training materials and methods continuously.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in SAP training development, particularly with SAP Enable Now.
• Proven experience with SAP Enable Now and developing training content for SAP applications.
• Advanced proficiency in creating and managing training and performance support materials.
• Strong understanding of application training and performance support strategies.
• Experience with training database administration and managing training content.
• Experience designing and delivering training content in complex SAP environments.

• G-Invoicing experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
