Sales Representative

Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm

Pay range $21-25 hourly DOE

A talented and competitive Sales Representative that thrives in a fast pace environment.

Sales will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives, understanding customer needs, requirements, and translating them into an order.

Job functions/Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotes, invoices, and itineraries

• Clean, clear, courteous, and efficient customer communication

• Building customer relations

• Coordinate with Operations Team and Drivers

• Outside Sales- visit potential clients and follow-up

• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution

• Go the extra mile to engage customers

• Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered

• Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills a must

• Strong phone presence and experience

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills

• Strong computer skills

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
