This is a hybrid role that will require an onsite presence at the office in Assembly Row, Somerville monthly.

The Sales Operations Associate II provides broker and account support by managing and assisting with sales operations procedures. The main duties include working with Sales Executives to onboard new accounts, working directly with brokers and consultants on enrollment processes such as collateral requirements, providing support for virtual and in-person enrollment meetings, entering and ensuring new and renewing accounts are processed timely and accurately, identifying and following up on broker and account questions and issues, quality checking and approving accounts processed by the Sales Operations Associate I, managing the completion and storing of New Business Agreements, setting up and providing maintenance for our employer and broker portals, managing HRA/HSA file setup, and co-managing the shared email inboxes, resolving issues in a timely manner.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Works with Sales Executives and brokers to onboard new accounts, collect and review new business paperwork and complete collateral requests.

• Ensures accurate and timely submission of new accounts for processing and onboarding.

• Coordinates with Supervisor, Account Executives, Member Enrollment, and Group Configuration teams to ensure successful renewals and new group onboarding.

• Processes the timely and accurate renewal of existing accounts by collecting required information and entering data into internal systems.

• Manages the coordination of complex key account renewals.

• Quality checks and approves renewals processed by the Sales Operations Associate I.

• Reports back to management on group renewal status and workflow.

• Provides in-person support for virtual and in-person enrollment meetings when needed.

• Manage our Employer and Broker Portals including new user set-up and resolution of related inquiries and issues.

• Creates opportunities in Dynamics for new small group business.

• Manages the completion and storage of New Business Agreements

• Manages collateral requests for new and existing business accounts.

• Manages the HRA/HSA file setup for new and existing business accounts.

• Required to communicate and work efficiently as part of the Sales Team along with external sales contacts such as brokers and clients.

• Provides operational/administrative support for sales team, clients, and external sales contacts.

• Anticipates and meets, or exceeds, internal and/or external customer expectations and requirements; establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respect.

• Works under general supervision, utilizing established procedures and predetermined priorities.

Qualifications
• Associate degree required or the equivalent combination of training and experience, plus 4 years of related experience.

• 3 - 4 years of related experience.

• Local travel and reliable transportation required.

• Bilingual - English/Spanish strongly preferred.

• Understanding of health insurance sales and ability to work well with multiple stakeholders.
