Salary: $110,000.00 USD Annually - $130,000.00 USD Annually
Description:
Position Summary:

The Sales Director is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. This role requires a proven track record of success in sales leadership, strong interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Revenue Generation: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
• Sales Process: Oversee and optimize the sales process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
• Performance Management: Set sales goals, track performance, and provide feedback to sales team members.
• Sales Forecasting: Develop accurate sales forecasts and budgets.
• Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales leadership.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in sales CRM and other relevant software.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or advanced degree in business.
• Experience in Transportation or automotive parts.
• Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
