RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Run Rate Quote Enablement Representative in Boise, ID.Summary:The purpose of the role is to provide services sales support across the AMS region to enable the Service Sales organization in achieving their sales, revenue and booking goals; Simultaneously strengthening our partner collaboration. The Run Rate Quote Enablement Representative will be required to work closely with Service Sales, Service Ops, Partners, and Order Management. Successful candidates should have a background in data analysis and reporting.Responsibilities:- Generate and deliver service renewal quotations for the company sales and partners, within renewal quotation deadlines
- Make effective use of company's analytics and OSS systems by retrieving data and running installation base reports to research accounts and uncover new opportunities
- Track quoting for metrics
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of customer data is maintained in the systems
- Undertake additional duties required to assist in the department's success
REQUIREMENTS:
- College degree preferred
- 2 years + experience in sales support processes
- Candidate must have solid experience in Microsoft packages (Word, Excel) and email Databases
- Experience in SAP S4 and Siebel systems not required but is a distinct advantage
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Able to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Possess highly effective verbal and written communication skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking, and prioritizing work with minimal supervision
- Ability to work as a team player
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
