Are you a skilled and dedicated Refrigeration Technician looking for an opportunity to make a significant impact?
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our client, a Food Manufacturer, as a Night Refrigeration Technician. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's modern food production facility. You will be responsible for the maintenance and troubleshooting of critical equipment, including ammonia refrigeration systems, wastewater treatment, boilers, and HVAC systems.

- Operate and maintain critical facilities equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair machinery and equipment
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize plant operations
- Adhere to strict safety and quality standards
- High school diploma or G.E.D. required
- RETA I or RETA II certification mandatory
- PSM/RMP, or other additional refrigeration training
- Experience in operating and troubleshooting facilities equipment such as ammonia refrigeration systems, wastewater treatment, boilers, and HVAC systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights
