Summary of Position:

The Recruiting Intern will play an integral role in supporting the Recruiting Department in law school hiring. The intern will have primary responsibility for day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling, expense reports, and will also assist with department special projects and event planning.

Responsibilities:

Law School Recruiting

  • Assist local Recruiter with summer program and on campus recruiting initiatives
  • Schedule attorney lunches and make corresponding reservations accordingly
  • Assist with the planning and implementation of training and other programs in local office
  • Reserve conference rooms, order meals, create and distribute e-mail and other invitations; compile and distribute program materials; coordinate program logistics in local office for video conferencing or live presentations
  • Help coordinate firm-sponsored social and recruiting events
Other
  • Compile reports as needed
  • Input/ organize application data in applicant tracking system
  • Create graphics in Canva

Education & Experience:
  • 2 - 3 years of college coursework or completion of bachelor's degree highly preferred but not required
  • Experience working in a fast paced work environment
  • Experience dealing with confidential information with a high degree of discretion

Additional Information:

Work Environment - This position operates in a professional office environment.

Position Type/Expected Work Hours - Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Overtime may be required as job duties demand.

Travel - Little to no travel is expected for this position.
