Our client, a venture capital company located in the Boston area, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join their team for 6 plus months. This role has full time hours, and it is compensating $30-$38 an hour, depending on experience. Qualified and interested candidates are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration. Responsibilities:

• Schedule and track candidates throughout hiring process in an applicant tracking system
• Work closely with recruiting team to share new applicants and ensure follow-up with candidates
• Propose and implement ongoing innovations and improvements to recruitment process
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times
• Operate independently with minimal day-to-day guidance from management
• Multi-task effectively - working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Support the Recruiting Operations team with ad hoc projects as needed
• Deliver an incredible candidate experience
• Work collaboratively with leaders and their teams across a growing organization.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1-2 years in a similar role Recruiting Coordinator/Sourcing
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and ability to learn new computer applications quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for outstanding customer service
• Must possess a high degree of integrity, reliability and trustworthiness
