Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Temp Real Estate Paralegal for our client a Boutique Real Estate Law firm. This position is 100% in office located in Dallas. This position will start immediately.

Details:

• Experienced in areas of commercial real estate (sales/acquisitions) and commercial lending;
• Able to draft closing checklists, enter updates in a timely manner; monitor due diligence lists;
• Ability to review title commitments, verify property surveys, research and analyze zoning regulations;
• Draft title objection letters, closing instruction letters, key dates memoranda;
• Draft amendments to and abstract retail leases; draft notices of default; research state regulations re: various tenant matters (experience in leasing would be a plus);
• Extremely organized; self-starter; confident in abilities; able to work in fast-paced environment when needed and maintain composure
