Description: We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Manual Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing and ensuring the quality of software applications by identifying bugs, inconsistencies, and performance issues. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our systems meet the highest standards of functionality, usability, and reliability.

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Analyze business and technical requirements to develop comprehensive test cases and test plans.
• Execute manual test cases to validate application functionality and ensure alignment with requirements.
• Conduct functional, regression, and exploratory testing to identify defects and inconsistencies.
• Document and track bugs using defect management tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar platforms.
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to resolve issues and verify bug fixes.
• Prepare detailed test reports, summarizing testing activities, defects, and overall product quality.
• Advocate for quality assurance best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with IT teams to set up and maintain test environments.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in manual software testing.
• Experience with Oracle Databases
• Proven ability to write and execute detailed test cases, test plans, test scripts, and defect reports.
• Experience in unit testing and development-level testing based on user stories.
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• Experience with testing tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
• Solid understanding of functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
