Product Operations Director

Preferred Location: Ohio. This position is hybrid. The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our Elevance Health PulsePoint locations.

Product Operations Director

Responsible for coordinating data file integrations, fallout data analysis and remediation, enhancement requirements and managing relationships with HCN and state or vendor leads.

How will you make an impact:

• Provides strategic oversight for data integration files for states and municipalities, support new implementations and data file process enhancements.
• Conduct/facilitates data clean-up and remediation.
• Supports relationships with Health Plans and state or municipal leaders.
• Participate/influence success in new data file implementations.
• Support a range of initiatives on the team that solve for a range of provider data quality and automation opportunities.
• Provide subject matter expertise regarding strategic initiatives, may act as a liaison to IT or other internal and external business partners, be a corporate single point of contact, and mentor regional subject matter experts.
• Partners with management to identify high value initiatives.
• Identifies and facilitates changes to provider experience processes to incorporate lessons learned from pre and post implementation claims audits.
• Leads the standardization of operational readiness plans for provider experience initiatives and mentors team members on best practices.
• Executes and delivers strategic initiatives effectively with focus on pricing, demographics, or process improvements.

**Monday- Friday 8 am - 5 pm **

**Ideal candidate can sit in any time zone**

Minimum Requirements:

• Requires a BA/BS degree in business or a related field and a minimum of 7 years of management experience in healthcare operations, network management, enterprise level project management experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

• Master's degree preferred.
• PMP preferred.
• Minimum 5-7 years experience in the area(s) of process improvement, data analytics, relationship management within a healthcare environment.
