Property Admin Opening in Denver!

Location: Denver, On-site Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Pay: $20-25/hour
Temp-to-Hire with Benefits

Join our client's team as a Property Administrator, where you'll support day-to-day operations for a well-managed property in Denver. This role offers a chance for long-term growth with competitive pay and full suite of benefits upon permanent hire.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet residents and visitors, answer calls, and respond to inquiries professionally.
• Coordinate leasing, maintenance requests, and assist with move-ins/outs.
• Manage tenant accounts, process payments, and track lease compliance.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and assist with property inspections.

Requirements:

• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Previous property management or administrative experience.
• Reliable transportation.
• Upbeat, friendly personality!
• Professional phone and email ettiquette.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; property management software a plus.
