Description: Our client is currently seeking a Project Manager - Non IT 1

Fully Remote

Contract | 1+ Years

As an M&A Project Manager, you will....

• Serve as a key facilitator and driver of the due diligence, integration planning, and integration execution process of strategic initiatives company

• Work within the M&A Integration team and across the functional team to understand requirements for each new acquisition, and then execute on those requirements

• Partner closely and build trust and credibility with cross-functional experts throughout JLL and JLLT

• Proactively oversee and evaluate project activities, build contingency plans, and execute corrective action on a timely basis to mitigate risks

• Assist in the crafting and documenting of thoughtful and thorough integration strategies

• Communicate clearly and succinctly with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and the achievement of integration objectives

• Act as an information gatekeeper, understanding the complexity and sensitivity of each deal

• Have an agile mindset, and can showcase the keen ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities at once

• Understand the importance of handling sensitive/confidential information

• Experience using Microsoft 365, specifically proficient in PowerPoint for executive level presentations and Excel for project tracking.

• Have excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

• A Bachelor's degree required in a related field
