Title: Project Manager - II
Location: Miami, FL (Hybrid)
Duration: Long Term Contract
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Hybrid, onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday -Miami only
Targeted Years of Experience: 3-5 years
Develop and maintain project schedules and calendars with the input and assistance of transition leads
? Facilitate team meetings, providing meeting minutes and action items where needed
? Build strong communication channels with internal stakeholders in various departments: Professional Services, Operations, Development teams, Release Management, Networking, Cloud Migration, Security
? Track tasks assigned to the project team and prepare regular status reports
? Responsible for tracking project changes and producing updated schedules
? Gather and report performance measurement of on-going progress.
? Ensure smooth communication within the project team and other cross-functional teams
? Interface with internal/external stakeholders on a regular basis
MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):
Software development - required experience with Cloud migration, Security and software delivery framework
Project Delivery - require proven experience working on high visibility projects with tight timelines.
Leadership - required experience leading multidisciplinary teams
Must have experience using JIRA/Confluence
DESIRED SKILLS:
Change Management Experience desired
Communication and Reporting to leadership desired
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree on computer science preferred
Certified Scrum Master preferred
