YETI is looking for a self-motivated, hyper-organized Project Manager to support the digital product team. In this role, you will report directly to our Director, Digital Product Management.
As the Project Manager, you will support the digital product team's work to deliver YETI's digital experiences and products.
You will support the planning, execution, and delivery of digital products, working closely with partner teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with our strategic goals. You will help the product managers and product designers organize their strategy, design and development tickets and boards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project timelines and help plan resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project objectives.
- Take diligent notes in meetings, sharing them out to stakeholders to drive efficient and thorough follow ups.
- Lead regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in project management and agile methodologies.
- Oversee and track project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and user stories.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in digital project management, preferably in digital product lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience in managing agile projects.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools, primarily JIRA, as well as Microsoft Suite and Google Suite.
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
