As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management, communication, and coordination of enterprise-level initiatives. This position will have a dual role of managing Information Systems projects along with a focus on process & structure for our maturing organization.
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Project Initiation: Facilitate scope definition including scope, objectives, deliverables and metrics with stakeholders and systems experts.
• Project Planning: Manage the development of comprehensive project plans including work decomposition, timelines, budgets, and resource planning.
• Team Management: Assemble, lead and manage project teams; facilitate collaboration and communication.
• Project Execution Management: Monitor, communicate and manage project progress across budget, schedule and scope while ensuring high quality. Troubleshoot and facilitate issue resolution.
• Risk Management: Identify, communicate and track risks, facilitate risk mitigation.
• Quality Support: Create or facilitate creation of Quality deliverables for applicable projects.
• Process Optimization: Manage initiatives to improve ways of working which may include facilitating the processes for a limited time.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: 7+ years of project management or related experience.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Methodology Knowledge: Use of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills used for facilitation, presentation and documentation.
• Tooling: Use of Microsoft Office and project / Agile management platform(s), (MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Methodology certifications (PMP, Scrum, SaFE, etc.)
• Life Sciences / Medical Device experience
• Business Analysis experience
• Experience with Azure DevOps

This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
