Job Title: Governance Project Manager
Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid)
Duration: 4 Months Contract to hire
Hybrid Model: 3 Days onsite 2 days remote

• Waterfall and Agile methods
  
• Work breakdown and critical path method Stakeholder Management
  
• Critical Thinking (anticipates problems and establishes methods to mitigate project/program risks)
  
• Budget/Financial Management including Business Case completion
  
• Executive communications for senior management
  

Job Title: Governance Project
Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and accomplished Governance Project Manager to play a pivotal role in the seamless migration of subsidiaries into the cyber ecosystem. As part of our dynamic team, you will shape and optimize the M&A governance structure, driving effective project management, and maintaining crucial program metrics. Your expertise will be crucial in supporting the execution of M&A activities and ensuring the maintenance of accurate subsidiary data inventory.
Responsibilities:

• PMO Development: Establish and refine robust PMO processes to facilitate the smooth migration of subsidiaries into the cyber ecosystem.
  
• Governance Optimization: Implement, enhance, and manage the M&A governance structure, ensuring coordination of program and project activities.
  
• Program Metrics: Create, maintain, and communicate program metrics and status reporting to key subsidiary and stakeholders.
  
• Data Inventory: Play a pivotal role in collecting and maintaining an accurate inventory of subsidiary data as part of the integration process.
  
• Collaborative Platform: Develop and manage the M&A Confluence platform, ensuring it serves as a central repository of information and knowledge for CTC and aligns with Integration Management Office (IMO) construct.
  
• Execution Support: Provide essential support in the execution of M&A activities, ensuring alignment with established governance, compliance standards and adherence to the IMO program oversight.
  
• Document Repository: Establish a structured document repository for essential project artifacts and governance documentation.
  
• Required Qualifications and Capabilities
  
• Project Management Expertise: Demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and delivering project plans and governance models, ensuring successful project execution.
  
• Analytical and Detailed Oriented: Strong organizational capabilities with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights that drive decision-making.
  
• Stakeholder Management: Proven skills in stakeholder management, including the ability to build relationships and foster collaboration to ensure alignment with M&A framework.
  

Educational Background:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business with concentration in technology or cyber is preferred
  
• Project Planning Tools: Proficiency in project planning tools, with intermediate to expert skills in Jira, Confluence and SharePoint
  
• Data Visualization: Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, QlikView/Qlik Sense
  
• Advance MS Office Skills: Intermediate to expert proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and Teams enabling effective communication and reporting
  
• Preferred Expertise: Prior experience in cyber and governance is highly desirable
