As Project Manager, you will:
Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Change Management Professional to support the successful execution of organizational transformation initiatives. This role will be key in driving change, improving designing organizational structures, and assessing impacts to the organization. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with leadership teams, employees, and other stakeholders to guide the organization through transitions, ensuring a smooth and efficient transformation process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Change Management Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans to support transformation initiatives, aligning them with business objectives.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with leadership to engage and inform key stakeholders at all levels of the organization, ensuring active participation and buy-in during the transformation process.
• Organizational Design: Support the redesign of organizational structures and workflows to optimize processes and support strategic objectives. Assist with role clarity, responsibilities, and team alignment during organizational shifts.
• Impact Assessment: Assess and analyze the potential impact of transformation on people, processes, and technology. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to minimize resistance and maximize adoption of new ways of working.
• Training and Support: Develop training programs and resources to upskill employees on new systems, processes, or roles as part of the transformation. Provide ongoing support to ensure effective implementation and smooth adoption.
• Change Readiness: Conduct assessments to evaluate organizational readiness for change, identifying potential barriers or challenges. Lead efforts to address resistance and foster a positive attitude toward change.
• Monitoring and Reporting: Track and report on the progress of change initiatives, providing regular updates to leadership on the success, challenges, and areas for improvement.
• Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from stakeholders and adjust change strategies as needed to enhance engagement and ensure the transformation is effective and sustainable.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is preferred.
Experience:
o Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a similar role.
o Proven experience in leading organizational transformation initiatives, including organizational design, and impact analysis.
o Experience with different change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Change Model).
• Skills:
o Ability to think strategically while managing the day-to-day tactical elements of change initiatives.
o Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess impacts, identify gaps, and develop solutions.
o Expertise in creating and delivering training programs, as well as managing change-related content.
o High proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and project management tools.
• Personal Attributes:
o Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
o Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
o Collaborative mindset and a team-oriented approach.
o Resilient, self-motivated, and capable of managing competing priorities.
Preferred:
• Experience working in biotech/pharma or related industry.
• Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives and technology-driven change.
• Certification in Change Management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ACMP).

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range $50.00-$65.00 per hour.
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
