Program Manager IV

BC forward is currently seeking an initiative to take Program Manager IV for Remote Location.

Position Title: Program Manager IV

Location: Remote NY

Anticipated Start Date: 2/17/2025

Expected Duration: 11+ Months Contract

Job Type: Contract

Pay Range: $85/hr. to Max $90/HR W2

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Summary:

Wearables Partner & Program Manager ---

Lead the ongoing engagement cadence between Meta and Essilor Luxottica business and product marketing teams.

Develop and memorialize durable R&R and ways-of-working documents for internal teams, which are durable, actionable, and shareable.

Qualifications

• Experience managing and leading partnerships with external companies. Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to work independently and manage one's time.
  • Strong knowledge of computer software, such as Google Docs, project management software (Asana) etc.
• Need to have background in marketing, product marketing, launching a product, software and device, Exp.
• In product marketing orgs, creative orgs

Typical Day in the Role:

• Lead the ongoing engagement cadence between Meta and Essilor Luxottica business and product marketing teams
• Own alignment and finalization of agendas, workback schedules, single source of truth documents
• Capture and track actions and deliverables across innovation programs
• Develop and memorialize durable R&R and ways-of-working documents for internal teams, which are durable, actionable, and shareable

Top 3 must-have HARD skills:

• Experience managing and leading partnerships with external companies
• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage one's time

Good to have skills:

• Strong knowledge of computer software, such as Google Docs, project management software (Asana) etc
