BGIS is currently seeking a Program Manager- DC Automation Analyst, to join the team, Remote, US.

The Program Manager (DC Automation Analyst) is crucial in providing valuable insights and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools, with a focus on ServiceNow

RESPONSIBILITIES

Program Management

  • Analyze complex datasets from various sources, including ServiceNow, to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and timely reports, dashboards, and scorecards using tools like Tableau, PowerBI, and ServiceNow.
  • Create custom reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
  • Utilize ServiceNow's reporting capabilities to create ad-hoc reports and scheduled reports.
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow dashboards to visualize key metrics and trends.
  • Leverage ServiceNow's integration capabilities to extract and transform data for analysis.
  • Design and develop visually appealing and informative dashboards and reports that effectively communicate insights.
  • Choose appropriate visualizations (charts, graphs, tables) to highlight key findings.
  • Ensure data visualizations are clear, concise, and easy to understand for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Client Relations and Communication
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Explain technical information in a clear manner internally to team members and externally to the client.
  • Delivering engaging and informative presentations to diverse audiences.
  • Adjusting to changing client needs and priorities.
  • Setting realistic expectations and delivering on promises.
  • Establishing strong, positive relationships with clients.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE and ABILITIES
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, and ServiceNow.
  • Strong understanding of SQL and database concepts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or JavaScript.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
  • Most of the work involves sitting at a desk, using a computer, and interacting with various digital tools.
  • Ability to work in a quiet environment while conducting, participating in, or listening to meetings.
  • Ability and willingness to work on repetitive tasks such as sitting, typing, clicking, and scrolling.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%

BGIS is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. BGIS has different pay ranges for different work locations within the United States which allows us to pay team members competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. The applicable base pay range will depend on what ultimately is determined to be the candidate's primary work location.

The salary range for this exempt position in the US is $87,000-$92,000

A candidate's salary offer is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, education, certifications, licenses, and location.
